Hi! I’m Scott Pugnetti

 

I am an Italian-Scottish directors agent and founder of equals mgmt, a new outlook for a misshaped industry.

 

With 10+ years experience managing and developing international talent in one of Europe’s leading management agencies, pitching directors across cultural divides and international borders… I’ve seen my fair share of problems!

 

Over the years I’ve developed a reputation for honesty, clear communication and being able to adapt to and resolve difficult situations. I also make multicoloured pasta (pictured) and can speak to you endlessly about TV, sport and why music matters.

 

I believe that we can shape the industry that we want to work in and that the key to successful relationships is clear communication. My goal is to create a fairer industry in which creativity and being good people is rewarded. That is the building block that equals mgmt has been born from.
